<\/a>BUILDING COLLAPSE INTERVENTIONS<\/h2>\n

NBRRI<\/strong> <\/em>as an institute is committed to saving lives through prevention and interventions in building collapse cases that had been rampant in recent times.\u00a0 In 2012, an international conference was dedicated to curbing the incessant building collapse cases in Nigeria.<\/p>\n

NBRRI<\/strong><\/em> has also always responded to building collapses across the country, investigations have been conducted and reports have been forwarded to point out the causes and proffer solutions to further recurrences.<\/p>\n

<\/a>ROADS AND BRIDGES INTERVENTION<\/h2>\n

Beyond the building industry, NBBRI has also intervened in the roads sector of the economy. Distressed roads and bridges have been identified and investigated to determine extent, causes and remedial measures. One notable impact was the investigation of the Tamburawa Bridge that was in a severely defective state. Reports from the investigation caught the attention of the government and led to a responsive intervention of the bridge.<\/p>\n
