In compliance with the Federal Government’s rules on the Procurement processes in Nigeria, the Procurement Department of the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) supervised the Financial Bids Opening event for projects bidding on 23rd September, 2020.
The event was declared open by the Ag. DG/CEO of NBRRI, Prof. Samson Duna. In attendance were the Heads of all Departments of the Institute, desk officers and staff of Procurement Department.
Also, the Director of Procurement from the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology was on ground to monitor the process. Similarly, representatives from, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Bureau of Public Procurement, other professional bodies and supervising agencies on procurement processes were present.
